Founder, Chairman, and Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

ALEX LUO, a Hong Kong Chinese, is the founder of the publicly listed company SGLA (OTC Pink: SGLA) in the United States. He has over 30 years of experience in operating and managing environmental recycling companies. Luo graduated from the Biology Department of South China Agricultural University in Guangdong in 1984. After graduating, he worked as a full-time microbiology researcher at Maoming Research Institute from 1984 to 1985. Through multiple internal promotions, he was appointed as CEO of Zhuhai Zhongfu Group from 1986 to 1991. In 2008, he served as President of MLX Technology and EQ Technology in Australia. Later, in 2011, he became the CEO of SGLA. In 2019, he founded Tianli Environmental Group, leveraging his extensive experience and expertise in the environmental recycling industry.
